Our rail track drilling machine has a powerful 1,600 W motor, with overheat protection, which allows the portable industrial rail drilling machine to drill holes up to 36 mm. The optimized slide makes drilling with the RAIL.60S easy and more precise.

RAIL.60S rail drilling machine comes with six different rail adapter versions: S49, S54, TR68, UIC50, UIC54 and UIC60.

Machine a V bevel in a plate up to 200 mm thick for butt welding or edge conditioning with a chamfer angle of 15° to 60° at a automatic feed speed of up to 1.4 meters/minute. The rigid frame incorporates steel where required and aluminum casting where permissible to optimize strength and ergonomics. The motorized feeding process is achieved over hardened work plates with sliding rollers, all driven by two 90 shore polyurethane wheels.
