Models
A single electric nutrunner within the TEWS series would not meet the diverse requirements of our customers' bolting cases. After thousands of screwings accompanied by us, we have seen a lot. The multi-stage JUWEL modular gear with additional storage for increased robustness or the optimal dimensioning of the support are essential empirical values that we are happy to pass on to you.
1. Weight-optimized design ideal for small torques
The TEWS-84 and -104 electric nut runners are your reliable power wrenches for screw connections with torques of up to 1,200 Nm.
2. Robust construction for demanding screwing cases
Starting with the TEWS-244/245 electric nut runners, we differentiate between heavy-duty (left) and standard gearboxes (right). The heavy duty gearboxes are characterized by additional bearings and modular gear construction. This highly robust design is ideal for intensive and regular bolting.
3. TES - torques up to 15,000 Nm
For decades, the JUWEL TES electric torque multiplier has stood for high reliability and accuracy, even under extreme requirements. The three-stage JUWEL modular gear with additional storage enables you to achieve a torque of up to 15,000 Nm. In addition, we equip our devices from TES-904/905 with a stable handle for ergonomic handling.
