Band Saws (pneumatic):

Our pneumatic band saws have different cutting capacities for all mobile cutting applications. Additional clamps make rectangular cutting of pipes, profiles and support arches possible. Appropriate saw blade speed avoids the generation of sparks and heat on the saw teeth. Thus, the use in ATEX zone I or II is possible.

Sabre Saws (pneumatic):

The pneumatic sabre saws are intended for the universal and quick use for all cutting work. With an additional clamp, rectangular cuts on pipes up to 150 mm diameter can be made. Various saw blade types make the cutting of e. g. wood, aluminium, ductile pipes, cast iron pipes, construction steel, non-ferrous metal, stainless steel, high-tensile steel and many more possible. The machines can be used in the explosion protection area of the ATEX zone I or II.

Reciprocating Saws (pneumatic):

We offer our pneumatic reciprocating saws with twist throttle or with lever valve. They are intended for cutting of pipes and profiles with a clamp or for the rectangular cut of pipes with a clamp and a bow guide up to a diameter of 530 mm. With automatic feed clamps the cut is done independently via the feed of a pneumatic cylinder or a gas pressure spring. A magnetic clamp fixes the saw on even and metal surfaces. Various saw blade types enable the cutting of almost every material, like e. g. plastic, plastic foil coated material, fiberboard plate, asbestos cement, concrete, tiles, aluminium, cast iron, ductile pipes, cast iron pipes, steel, reinforcing bar, non-ferrous steel, stainless steel and high stress steel. The reciprocating saws can be used in ATEX zone I and II and as well under water.

Circular Saws (pneumatic):

Our pneumatic circular saws are intended for cutting composite materials, aluminium, steel and plastics. The adjustable rip fence ensures an exact cut. We offer a big range of saw blades for cutting various types of material. The machines can be used in ATEX zone II and under water.

Chain Saws (pneumatic):

There are different types of the pneumatic chain saws available for cutting wood, plastic, plastic foil coated material, concrete, cast iron and ductile. The chainsaw for cutting plastic has an additional water connection for cooling with water instead of chain cutting oil when cutting and which avoids fuzing of the plastic. The drive unit can be combined with various chain bars and chains.

Pipe Cutting Machines (pneumatic):

Our mobile pneumatic pipe cutting machines for cutting and chamfering of pipes made of ductile, concrete, cement, clay, plastic, PE, PVC, plastic foil coated material and non-ferrous metal cut up to 1,600 mm pipe diameter. The module-based pipe cutting machine can be flexibly used always and everywhere because of its handiness and the relatively low weight of the single components. For cutting different pipe diameters, the guide chain is reduced by the chain links, the tensioning chain is fixed at a different position and then tensioned by chain tensioner only. The integrated water connection ensures the supply with cooling agent and the durability of the saw blade. Special types can be used in ATEX zone I and II.
